The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their professional and personal potential. And over the last 25 years, Peter Reding has impacted people’s lives through professional coaching around the globe, including in the UK, Russia, India, and Australia.

Accredited certified coaching has taken off globally and in rigor. Reding says, “there has not been any place on the planet not touched by professional coaching” and he is pretty proud of that. To be recognized by the ICF, one has had to invest in receiving over 60 hours of coach-specific training. The Federation advocates coaching as an integral part of a thriving society.

At Wednesday’s meeting, Reding led the members in a written exercise to maximize our personal and professional potential and determine our authentic core self.
