The Rotary Club of Carolina Forest Sunrise welcomed special guest speaker, Tim McGinnis, State Representative for District 56, on October 9th. Tim’s career path has taken him from journalist and TV news anchor to local business owner and now state representative. He has served our district in the SC State House of Representatives since 2018. His dedication for serving our community was apparent as he discussed his roles on the Education and Public Works and Legislative Oversight committees. Tim spoke of the local need for improving workforce-readiness and access to higher education. Thank you, Tim, for the work you do serving our district and our state!
