Brooke Vu, our Club President, introduced Candace Howell, Assistant Vice President and Dean of Arts & Sciences at Horry Georgetown Technical College. Candace has served in leadership positions at HGTC for almost 9 years. She is also a Teaching Associate in Communication, Media and Culture at Coastal Carolina University. She has more than 16 years of field experience in broadcasting, marketing, public relations and media relations including running her marketing firm, Edge Marketing.
HGTC has more than 70 degrees, diplomas, and certificates for nearly every career interest, from Business and Health Science to Natural Resources and Information Technology. The College was founded on a commitment to prepare people for jobs, sustain a high job-placement rate, and facilitate university transfers.
