Speaker: Melissa Stuebing, President at CoLaborers International

Scott Burleson introduced our speaker Melissa Stuebing, CEO of CoLaborers International which supports local sustainability efforts in Zambia, India, and Costa Rica for the homeless by providing volunteers, aid, and program support. Melissa graduated from Washington College with a Master’s degree in Psychology in 2016 and from Messiah College in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She now resides in Chestertown Maryland.

In Lusaka, Zambia, CoLaborers International provides education, vocational training, and basic care for street children. They provide a boarding school learning environment for homeless children to return and reintegrate street children back into families when possible.

CoLaborers International drives the ‘Hope for India’ program whose mission is to reach people affected by poverty and HIV/ AIDS in Tenali, Andhra Pradesh, India. They support an orphanage, widow outreach, medical camps, and community-building efforts. Club Members are now investigating the opportunity to provide support for a child in India.
